Dear friends, As we progress through the season of Virgo, there is a greater focus on our caring, nurturing energies. September is a month of harvest and making a self-evaluation of how far we have come in this year and in our lives. For this week's Sunday meditation, we bring our awareness to our heart - our emotions guide us to become more aware of our true self and the purpose of our lives. When we speak from our good hearts, we talk truthfully, lovingly, compassionately. When we neglect to listen to the heart, we have less care towards oneself and each other. A practice in mindfulness of how you are currently feeling can grow the heart to find ways of letting go of any negative emotions and strengthen the positive emotions. Here are some questions you can ask yourself as you meditate on your heart and emotions. - How do you feel positive/ negative emotions? - What emotions do you tend to have more often? This week we are sending intentions to stop the fires in the Amazon  rainforest .  Here is some info about this alarming issue: "The world’s largest rainforest is up in flames, and Brazil is currently the epicentre of an environmental disaster. The Amazon rainforest, covering seven million square kilometres of land and comprising 40 per cent of the world’s rainforest, has been aflame for three weeks.  Images of the destruction have taken social media by storm, and sparked an outcry among netizens. There seems however, to be a conspicuous lack of attention on the part of the Brazilian government. Greetings, This week we will be focusing on bringing peace to the current situation in  Hong Kong . We are intending to bring calming energy to the hearts and minds of the people there, we also wish that Hong Kong may keep its independence even after the year 2047. As the consciousness of this planet and its inhabitants expands slowly, but surely people are becoming more aware all over the world and many have become tired of the old and corrupt power systems. Many governments, of course, will not like that and respond in the way they know best, especially totalitarian governments and they know how to push people back with force and violence. We are heading towards a time where people desire to have freedom, tolerance, justice, equality, and peace more than ever before. That is how things should be in all healthy societies and communities and it is not wrong to demand it. However, all change should always be brought through nonviolent means as Gandhi showed us. Vajrayana Tibetan Buddhist Full Moon Meditation: 'Gachirinkan'【月輪観】

The Full Moon Meditation or 'Gachirinkan' is one of the meditations that I've learned while I was on my pilgrimage to the 88 Shingon Buddhist temples in the Kanto area of Japan. This meditation is based on  Vajrayana  Tibetan Buddhism, which is an ancient form of Buddhism that was originally founded in India by the Mahāsiddhas and includes practices using mantras, mudras, mandalas, etc. The aim of this meditation is to make one's heart as pure and clear, shining brightly and beautifully like the full moon. Connecting with the moon's energy allows you to become more aware of your emotions, intuitions, and mystical wisdom. You can practice under the full moon, or on any other days as you hold the image of the full moon in the mind's eye. Dear all, For this Sunday's meditation, we will be focusing our intentions on financial problems that we have personally and globally.  It's becoming more and mover evident that the monetary system that governs our earthly lives is not working well for everyone. The financial situation is difficult and challenging for the majority of the people, and something needs to be changed in order for everyone to live more comfortably and harmoniously.  Each of us can learn a lot about ourselves from the way we think of, utilize, and understand the nature of money.
