Sunday Weekly Global Meditation - June 30th, 2019

Friends, This week our intention is to bring harmony to the state of California in order to prevent any wildfires there. Also, we want to imagine Gaia in a peaceful and harmonious state, that way we can also prevent any other natural disasters including earthquakes, as there have been many of those lately again. We will still keep on sending healing to Iran so we can have a peaceful outcome there, talks of war have been in the air so we want to counter that with our peaceful intentions. As this Sunday is the last day of June which marks the completion of the first half of the year, it's a good time for us to reflect on what has happened this year until now. What changes have we experienced? What new things have we learned? How have we developed ourselves? Are you content with the events that have been going on around the world, and in your life? Happy Summer Solstice of 2019! Wishing everyone a beautiful first day of summer! What a blessing to have so much light from above that gives us life-energy! Let's celebrate this day with a meditation on sun gazing.  Sun Gazing Meditation The solar rays are very strong and can damage the human eyes when looked directly into them during the hours when the sun is higher up in the sky. Please be safe and only practice the sun gazing meditation when the sun is closer to the horizon and is about to set, usually 15-30 minutes before sunset is ideal.  Here are the instructions: 1. On a day with clear sky or enough visibility of the sun, find a location with a good view where you can sit comfortably and gaze at the setting sun. 2. Relax your body and fix your eyes to the setting sun. 3. Inhale the energy from the sun, visualize it entering into your body and filling it all up.  4. We've been setting intentions of healing and positive changes to Julian Assange for the past 3 weeks. We will continue to keep him in our prayers and send supportive thoughts to him in our meditation. The theme for this Sunday's meditation is depression and how to overcome it. Depression as a mental-emotional illness has become so common among people in our modern time. Why? How has it become this way? What are its effects? Sunday Weekly Global Meditation - June 16th, 2019

Dear friends, We will have our next Sunday global meditation to focus on our own inner healing for physical well-being, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual awakening. There were the Gulf of Oman tanker attacks  so we want to bring peace, harmony and de-escalation there with our intentions. Also we still continue to meditate and pray on behalf of Julian Assange for his release. When we can heal from within, we help to heal the world around us.  Sit comfortably, either in lotus pose on the floor, with a cushion, or on a chair. Try to keep your back straight to let energy flow more smoothly through your whole body. Place your hands on your laps, either palms facing up or down.  You can have mudras with your hands if you'd like.  Breathe normally and comfortably.  With each breath you exhale, go slower and deeper.  Gently close your eyes and visualize yourself connecting to the earth.  Then visualize light coming from above
