We've been setting intentions of healing and positive changes to Julian Assange for the past 3 weeks. We will continue to keep him in our prayers and send supportive thoughts to him in our meditation.

The theme for this Sunday's meditation is depression and how to overcome it.

Depression as a mental-emotional illness has become so common among people in our modern time. Why? How has it become this way? What are its effects?

Let us bring more awareness to what depression is.

What does it mean that a person feels depressed?

What does it mean to you?

What can you do to ease the pains of someone having depression?

Take a moment to breathe deeply and relax.

Know that you are here on earth because you were created out of love.
You can naturally give, receive, and share the love with every being on earth and above.
You are love.

What do you truly enjoy doing?

What are the things you have that you can feel grateful for?

How can you express your gratitude to the world in return?

Your life itself is a miracle.
Each one of us has a good purpose on earth.
Let us shine our light.
