I'll be writing about energy healing with Reiki and Qigong, yoga, meditation, Akashic Records, reincarnation and past lives, spirituality, etc.

As we are all on our own paths of experiencing life on earth, we help each other in one way or another to learn and understand the deeper meanings of love, compassion, joy, peace, harmony, enlightenment.

My hopes are to reach out to the world with the message of healing through unconditional love - to bring more light and inspiration for us to share greater love together as one humanity.

Dear friends, Our focus for the meditation this week will be on the Mercury Retrograde and how we communicate with one another, including your inner self. Mercury Retrograde began on October 31st and will continue until November 20th.
