What Is Kundalini Syndrome and How To Cure It
Kundalini is a Sanskrit word for the energy which resides at the base of the spine. Yogic practices may activate this energy to rise upward in a spinning and coiling motion around the spine, activating the chakras that it comes into contact. This is called Kundalini awakening, which is often described as a sensation that of an electric current flowing up the spine.

Possible Causes
There are tendencies or habits with negative effects that have triggered the symptoms to arise.
For Babies
• Parents or caregivers forcefully having given things to keep in the baby's mouth including pacifiers during their mouthing period.
• During potty training period, holding in urine or stool for too long, having an unsanitary diaper or underwear that's been left uncleaned, or being treated roughly when wiping or cleaning the genitals.
For Elderly People
• Accumulated feeling of shyness, embarrassment, or even shame towards one's physical body when seen by other people.
For Yoga Practitioners and Spiritual People
• Incorrect way of practicing kundalini yoga
• Incorrect way of awakening the kundalini
• Repeatedly hitting the tail bone, hip bone, or sacrum against something hard like the floor or wall

• Practice exercises and activities such as yoga and breathing meditation that give joy and satisfaction to the genitals, spine, pelvis, sacrum and/ or tail bone.
• Building a better eating diet by cutting down or quitting sugar intake/ alcohol/ coffee/ drugs or other substances which you have addiction.
• Receive direct in-person energy healing on a regular basis.
• Improve sexual intimacy between you and your partner/ lover, in a way that the physical bodies would feel more pleasure.
• Practice inner reflection and introspection upon the level of your knowledge, understanding, and behavior towards sexuality and sexual activities, to make changes and improvements.

knowledge, understanding, and behavior towards the physical bodies of men and the male sexual organs, to make changes and improvements.
• Practice inner reflection and introspection upon the level of your
knowledge, understanding, and behavior towards the physical bodies of women and the female sexual organs, to make changes and improvements.
• Practice tantric yoga that is not known as to be the mainstream method but one that has a higher qi-energy level.
• Restrain from any sexual activities including masturbation.
• Practice repentance towards the pituitary gland, the brain, and the nervous system until you would receive forgiveness from them.
