We hope everyone is having a good summer!
For this week's meditation, we'll focus on the intentions of keeping cool during this heated up season in the northern hemisphere, and healing Mother Earth

Time and again, there are some extreme weather conditions around the world.
Many places are having a heatwave and Europe too is reaching up to and beyond 40℃ (over 100℉) and breaking records of all-time high temperature.
Read 'All-time temperature records tumble again as heatwave sears Europe' from The Guardian.
As much as it's nice to have warm weather, too much heat could be dangerous. We need to be more mindful of what time of the day we go out and preferably avoid hours in the early afternoon when the temperature is at it's highest, try to keep ourselves cool and remember to be hydrated by drinking enough water.
Let us remind ourselves of water intake:
The human body consists of 60%-80% water (depending on physical development) and it's very essential for circulating the energies within the body for good health. If an average adult has 70% water in their body, the percentages of that water go to each part of the body for their proper functions.

Regulating body temperature is one of the many benefits of drinking plenty of water.

Visualize that the water you drink and have within your body is clean and pure, sparkling as if the sun is shining onto it.
If you'd like for the meditation, you can go to a place that has a river, lake, beach, harbor, or any natural source of water near where you live. You can set your gaze at the water as you visualize it to become cleaner, and the surrounding natural life such as fishes, trees, and flowers can flourish and grow.
Blessings to the water that is available to us, let us receive and cleanse it with gratitude.
Let us stay cool and calm during the summer.
Much Light and Love
