Weekly Sunday Global Meditation - November 3rd, 2019



Dear friends,

As a continuation of last week's meditation on the emotion of love, we will focus on the emotions of fear and anxiety as our theme for this week's meditation session.

Fear and anxiety are one of the biggest obstacles that challenge us from living our dreams. There are numerous things that we may be consciously or subconsciously fearing and feeling anxious about, and the first step to overcoming them is to recognize and observe those emotions.

The Six Basic Fears mentioned in the book, 'Think and Grow Rich' by Napoleon Hill are described to be the most common forms of danger that are self-limiting to us.

1. Fear of poverty

2. Fear of criticism

3. Fear of ill health

4. Fear of loss of love of someone

5. Fear of old age

6. Fear of death


In the meditation, say to yourself what exactly is that you fear the most.
   "I bring awareness to my worst fear which is..."

Then recite a mantra that encourages and strengthens your positive emotions to replace the fear.
   "I am guided by my good will, moral wisdom, and spiritual intuition that serve the best for myself and for others."

   "I choose to have more love, peace, and joy to achieve my dreams and goals."

   "My eternal soul knows the truths that hold the key to freedom and liberation."

Visualize yourself in the most beautiful, relaxing, comforting place. Perhaps there's lots of nature, open space, sunlight and warmth, flowers, and gentle animals. It's very peaceful and joyful there, and you are together with your loved ones. Smiling, embracing, dancing, singing, enjoying a timeless moment in harmony.

Calming and soothing music can always be very helpful to feel less fearful and anxious.
Candles also have calming energy with its glowing light which can help to feel more relaxed.

May the light shine our fears and anxiety away,
to make our dreams become reality.
