How To Empower Mantras
A mantra is a sacred word or phrase used to induce psychological and spiritual development through going into an altered state of consciousness or a trance.
There are many of them, each with their own purpose and effects.
They can be either chanted, recited outloud, or inwardly recited within one's mind.
Here are some factors that can help strengthen and speed up the effects to receive greater benefits when practicing a mantra.
• having clarity and comprehension of the meaning of each mantra and its symbols
• the speed of repeating the mantra
• qi-energy level of the person who is practicing the mantra
• openness and development of the anahata chakra
• clarifying the meaning and purpose of the mantra/ intention to others
The speed of repeating the mantra inwardly is measured by a 'mantra clock'.
The mantra clock counts the number of times a mantra is inwardly recited within 1 second.
For an average person, it takes about 0.2/second to recite a normal-length mantra, which means it would take about 5 seconds to recite 1 full mantra inwardly.
It is said that the great gurus have recited a mantra about 10,000-30,000/second.
This is 150,000x faster compared to an average person reciting a mantra. It is without question how powerful their mantras were.
It's been tested and verified through qigong practice that the construction of a human being allows us to recite a mantra inwardly up to 90,000/second.
If it's ever possible to go beyond the limitaitons of having a human physical body such as in mutilization, perhaps it we can break the record of the mantra clock.
When your mantra clock can go faster, it has the potential to strengthen the healing energy and develop many more intuitive or psychic abilities.
How To Speed-Up Your Mantra Clock
1. Choose a mantra that you resonate well with, and has a higher level of positive qi-energy.
→ Read about how to calibrate the qi to determine the level of positive qi-energy.
2. Clarify the meaning of the mantra to deepen your understanding of it.
3. Bring your awareness to your anahata chakra.
4. Recite the mantra slowly outloud.
5. Each time you vocally recite the mantra, visualize the mantra entering into your anahata chakra, either in written form or as a sound vibration of your reciting.
6. Speed up the reciting of mantra ouloud, as you continue with step 5.
7. Once reaching the point where you cannot recite outloud any faster, silently continue to recite the mantra within your anahata chakra. Repeat the sound vibration of the vocally recited mantra to play like a vynl or CD within your anahata chakra, and visualize the written mantra to spin on the mantra clock wheel.
8. Repeat the mantra as fast as you can until the sound vibration is in a very high pitch, that cannot be heard anymore.
9. Unify the image of the mantra with the high-pitch sound vibration of the mantra, let it become a motor-engine in your anahata chakra.
